To help make your stay at The Fairmont Royal York in Toronto as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. WiFi is available in all areas and costs CAD 15.76 per 24 hours.
- Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CAD 70 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 16 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Temporary Closure: The pool and whirlpool will be closed for maintenance from February 26 until March 1. The fitness center, change rooms, steam rooms and saunas will still be in operation during this time.
